Bank Statement Converter is a small independent tool for bookkeepers, small business owners and freelancers whose bank only gives them PDF statements.
We built it around two ideas. First, financial documents shouldn't have to be uploaded to a stranger's server to be converted, so the PDF is read in your browser. Second, a converted statement is only useful if it's complete, so every conversion is checked against the balances printed on the statement and anything that doesn't add up is shown to you.
It's a format converter. It doesn't give financial, tax or accounting advice, and it doesn't connect to your bank.
The PDF reading uses PDF.js by Mozilla and Excel files are written with SheetJS, both open source and served from this site. AI repair runs on Cloudflare Workers AI.
