What this is
Bank Statement Converter converts the text of PDF statements into spreadsheets and import files. It is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Conversions can be wrong or incomplete, especially for layouts we haven't seen; the balance check helps you spot problems but doesn't guarantee a correct result. Check the output before you rely on it, file it or import it.
Using the service
Only convert statements you're entitled to handle. Don't try to get around usage limits on AI repair or abuse the service. We may end Pro access for abuse, with a pro-rated refund.
Pro and page packs
Pro renews every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your receipt email; access continues until the end of the paid period. The monthly AI repair allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month and doesn't roll over. Page packs don't expire.
Refunds
If Pro or a page pack doesn't work for your statements, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
