Your PDF statements
PDF files you drop on this site are opened and read by your browser, on your device. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Passwords for protected PDFs are used in your browser only. You can check this yourself: the converter keeps working with your internet connection switched off.
AI repair (only if you choose it)
If our parser can't read a statement cleanly, you can choose AI repair. Before anything is sent you tick a box agreeing to it. We then send the text extracted from the PDF (not the file itself) to our server, which passes it to a language model on Cloudflare Workers AI and returns the transactions to your browser. We don't store that text or the result, and we don't use it to train models. The text will include whatever is printed on the statement, such as your name, address and account number, so only use AI repair if you're comfortable with that.
Usage counts
To run the free daily AI repair allowance we store a one-way hash of your IP address with a count of pages repaired that day. It expires after two days. For Pro and page packs we store a hash of your license key with a count. The free daily limit on pages converted in your browser is counted in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
Visit and button counts
We count two things, as one number per day each: how many browser sessions opened a page of this site, and how many sessions clicked a Pro button. Your browser sends just the name of the event ("visit" or "pro_click"), at most once per session; your browser's session storage remembers that it already did. We store only the date and the running total, for example "2026-11-02, visit, 37". We don't store your IP address, a cookie, your browser details or which pages you looked at, and automated browsers aren't counted.
Cookies and tracking
If you activate a license key, we set one cookie holding it, signed so it can't be altered. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs and may record anonymous statistics for us.
Payments
Nothing is on sale yet, so we don't take payments. When Pro opens, payments will go through a merchant of record and this page will name it; we will never see your card number.

Questions
Do you upload my bank statement?
No. The PDF is read in your browser and never sent to us.
What does AI repair send?
Only the text extracted from the statement, and only after you tick the consent box. It isn't stored.
